1. General

Welcome to the EZ4ME website (hereinafter: "the Site"). The Site offers a wide range of products for storing and organizing drawers, including related products.

  • Orders cannot be modified after confirmation except by contacting customer service
  • An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at registration

3.3 Stock Availability

Product availability is displayed in real time; however, due to system updates, there may be rare instances where an ordered product is out of stock. In such cases, a customer service representative will contact the customer to offer alternatives or process a cancellation.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The Site reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Free shipping may apply to orders above a threshold amount as advertised on the homepage from time to time.

5.4 Liability After Dispatch

The Site's responsibility for the integrity of a shipment ends upon handover to the courier. Any damage incurred during transit will be investigated in cooperation with the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Cancellations

6.1 Order Cancellation

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, users may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item has not been used and is in its original packaging.

6.2 Return Process

To return a product:

  • Contact customer service by email or phone within 14 days of receiving the item
  • Ship the product back with the original invoice and in its original packaging
  • Once the return is approved, a refund or store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-ordered products
  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Sale items specifically marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"

7. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Site, including texts, images, logos, design, graphics, and user interfaces, is the property of the Site and is protected by copyright in accordance with applicable law.

The design, structure, and assembly method of EZ4ME's products — including but not limited to the Blocks, Items, Elements, Reels, and Profiles — are proprietary to EZ4ME and may be protected by one or more patents. All patent rights are exclusively owned by EZ4ME. Unauthorized copy, reproduction, imitation, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any patented design or method is strictly prohibited.

8.2 Copyright

All content on this Site — including product images, descriptions, logos, graphics, text, and overall site design — is the exclusive intellectual property of EZ4ME and is protected by applicable copyright law. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from EZ4ME.
